PVP matching? Probably not a bug

In the beginning of this PVP I was at <80% wins up through my RP getting above 24k. Since then I’ve faced like 25 straight overpowered teams, my win percentage has plummeted to 45% and my overall rank is 1600-something.

At first I figured it was because I didn’t have a good set-up for this set of rules, so I held off on playing anymore until the 2nd half. Welp now we’re in the 2nd half of this and I’m still losing, currently at 0 points and lost my first 6 matches.

I get that my team probably isn’t as strong as some, but I’ve never struggled like this in PVP, my win % was around 60% each of the last 2, I finished near the top 100 and got the 6 star ticket.

This season has been ridiculous…did something change with the way matches are created? I played a ton more in the beginning then I usually do and got a lot of early wins. Does that factor into later matchups?

Any insight would help. PVP is what has kept me playing this game as long as I have. Losing every match to the same combo of 20ish legendaries is getting old.

What hero rank are you? If you just hit HR 100 then that would explain everything because you will now be matched with everyone else HR 100+. Otherwise, my guess is you were accelerated through the matchmaking brackets with your high win rate and it’s put you against stronger people, where you’re not doing so well.

It’s hard to know for sure, but it does sound like you’ve been pushed into a new bracket that is matching you with stronger people. I hope you start meeting people you can have better battles with.
