I’ve been trying for a while to get the shiny charm, and still haven’t completed it because of legendarys. The trades on the GTS are stupid and I don’t have pokébank(yes, I know it’s out). Lol alright. I may not have everything but I have a bunch. The main thing I was missing were pre-evolutions and legendarys. I can give you one of the forms, you’ll just have to breed it or evolve it to complete the Pokedéx.
