I remember, some years ago, there was a Count Lector’s Puzzle Arena level based around Sendbacking your own Soulstealer, only for it to return just before the Death Sentence activated
So today i came across this painful thing.
I played whales treasure and gathered fins,bought something then it disappeared…
Not in my mails,not in my visible resources.

So i did gather some fins again and same thing happened.And this time i recorded it.This isn’t my first time playing whales but tell me if i actually missed anything…
If it’s a bug i want those fins back

We found a possible reason.
It seems your account has exchanged for those gems and received them successfully, that’s why you could not claim them again.
In case, please provide us with your friend code, we can try to find out more details.

I had 2 earlier and i still have 2

the problem in this team, i use blosmight and sanguimph it seems she is not a type of plant, after i remove them, i change to another type of plant, then i can pvp.
looks like phantomaiden and neredia too

I bought gems from finn shop and i still had 2 gems that i had from pvp rewards
And also no reward in mail
So after spending my 20 and 25 fins i got no gems
But in my finn shop they are claimed…
And my 45 finns are spent and they are claimed on shop too
@TahsinV It will not appear in your reward box. Because you already received those gems on 6/2. And the video is obviously taken a week later.
Somehow your account lost the record that you already exchanged for those gems, that’s why it appears that you can exchange for them again. However, gems will only be sent to your reward box once.
I get it that it was a screen error
but those took my finns
And i disagree with that late video part
It was just a minute later from the first time i faced that…
I needed 2 gems for another hatch on kattmander banner so i did it just after i lost it the first time
Anyway I won’t ask for any finn but just look at this issue…
@TahsinV I am sorry I wasn’t clear. I am saying that this issue happens a week after you exchanged for those gems in the event. So you probably didn’t notice you already did before.
We also noticed that your restore code used state is much higher than other users. It can be why. You may lose your event progress if you use your restore code too often or at the wrong time. Thank to you, we were able to spot this bug. A fix has been implemented just now, it should be fine from now on.
You probably didn’t notice you also lost some battles progress. So technically, you didn’t lose any finns, but you have to redo the battles to collect them again. As compensation, we will send 3 nectars to your account for the tickets lost.

What do u mean by wrong time can u explain plz ?
For example, when you experience “connection failed” and being kicked to the offline page.

@Dev_VKC , Sanguinymph is able to use Petal Storm without BlossomKnight in Whales Island event, can you please check out? It was a surprise since i thought she couldn’t not do that and left her(not considering her a threat). I couldnt take screenshot though…
She can always use the move, just it won’t deal critical damage unless there’s a friendly Blossomight in the field.
