Okay, would pretty nice they would answer, lost 5 gems because of server problems during i had the best internet…
And yes, i also have pvp issues, when i start a game it suddenly shows “deafeated” when the match didnt even start
My main APN provider had been down for a day, im using secondary APN and run smoothly for all online content
except for finding match in pvp which taking forever and ended matchmaking error.
I got my first match today after 2 hour find match and didnt got the other match till now
I am only playing from home so connected to wifi and I never dc in a PvP match.
Could not find opponent for pvp. Over and over again despite the fact my internet is fine.

Receive my daily login but the accumulation login doesn’t show? I’m on everyday and it was fine until day 7 since then not seen it but daily one still shows is this a bug or a design to the login?
When this happen to me, I switch off data connection and turn on and it connect again online…I dont know if it is server problem or the data connection

Hi Guys we take the weekends off on support, and Mondays we have a lot of cases to deal with. Typically if you messaged us after friday please expect us to write back on Tuesday!
I unable to claim free gems
Yeah! That’s true,I cannot claim rewards from pvp.However there were no gems rewards in my rewards section.Now there’s one gem reward.Must be some bug.

Cant access online content now, also when im going to collect my login bonus it says “cannot connect to server” so i restarted my app then when i checked it online at rewards section it says “there are no rewards to be claimed” holy crap

Claiming login bonus doesn’t work reliable.
I jumped back to day 3 on BOTH accounts and I play on a daily base.
There are several problems I faved:
Rewards only showing up once a day and if claiming doesn’t work or the server give a totally senseless connection error when trying to claim, you have to restart several times until claiming it works. I suppose that cost me my collected days and.
So removing the claiming button lost me several days and claiming does not work reliable.
No help through Facebook.
What can be done about that? Will never get the chronos if this keeps happening.

How about the missing rewards ryan? I alreadt contacted shopsupport
from time to time I am crashing after training session and it does not safe, after relogging I have to do the full training again which can be quite time consuming with 60 day trainings.
