Hmmph, as per i played before the update , penguinis hp was 6k and penguinator did 6k damage after almost every teammate has died , leaving one extra that killed penguini with 1hp. Seems , like what you are suggesting can be a big. I’m not quite sure about that anyways.
Hello, I made a purchase which gave me an error, it did not give me any gem, and the price was extracted from my account below the error in the photo and what it says is:
The IAP verification process failed. It will be automatically re-treated later.
Then I tried to make the same transaction and it gave me an error again no gems and the price was withdrawn from the account anyway.

It’s very unlikely you’ll get a response; they don’t work weekends. . You’ll probably have to wait until Monday.

I imagine you can wait, as kd said and as you yourself say it’s about m0ney so they will definitely respond and sort it out for you, you’ll get your gems. Now, if it was to get something specific before Monday, and if the problem is on their end, you can always negotiate with them to extend the deadline.
To be honest I could take advantage of that and say that it was for something specific before Monday but the truth is that no, it was for a banner that ends 6 or 5 days so I have no problem waiting
Just go through Apple and get a refund if you paid and didn’t get stuff. If you can’t wait a day or two,

It’s a bug, Zogho, I already reported it but they didn’t even bother to check it. The BT raws aren’t working, that needs to be checked.
