It happened to me with the mythical dragon Pharaoh of Darkness. I got it, went back to hatching 10 eggs, and got it again, but the game glitched, and when I logged back in, I didn’t have the gems or the monster. I demanded it from support and VKC, but they told me no, that there was no record of my second hatch and that it only showed that I had received it once.
A bug i reported many times before happened twice yesterday
I sometime’s find that some of my monsters or the some opponent monsters are not showing though it is present on the field. I mean it is invincible but present at the same time. Please fix this. It’s been the fifth time that this bug is occurring.
This is truly the Japanese way. I can confirm it since I play a lot of FromSoftware’s games and they have exactly the same philosophy 
This should be fixed now after restarting the game.

After downloading many monsters became invisible
I don’t know if it’s just happening to me, but there’s a bug with the names in the battle logs; they get swapped or a different and strange one appears.
Idk if it’s a bug or not but azulyen passive(frosty revenge thing) doesn’t works on accelerated monsters.
If you downloaded them with a bad internet connection, that’s why some of them aren’t showing up. I recommend deleting the game or its data and starting the download from scratch.
Well the thing is, i was playing pvp and got disconnected and game frooze, when i restarted game it gave me 200mb dl. But half of new monsters were invisible which wasn’t case before so it doesn’t makes any sense that i didn’t downloaded the progress.
It shouldn’t be possible because all those monsters were visible before. It’s most likely download bug or maybe my problem but there are some other players who are facing same problem that’s whyvi reported it
(also it’s fixed after restarting game)
I’m sure it was because of those 200 megabytes you had to download. If you already had your progress downloaded, you shouldn’t have had to download anything else, but if you had a bad connection when you entered the game, that’s why it asked you to. It happens to me a lot too, and I just close the game and log in with a good internet connection, and it’s fine. Anyway, I just gave you a suggestion.

Am I only , or others are facing the same old pvp connectivity issue. I have a stable wifi connection . What’s the problem. It shows connecting to opponent , then returns to the main screen. I saw this problem a long time ago , it has returned.
@Dev_VKC sacrifices a water teammate? Since when you guys changed vd zetas element I’m so confused about this description
