I have a problem with the game and it doesn’t let me update it in the Play Store. The update button doesn’t work. Can you help me please?
Please restart your phone and try to use a different connection method, like WiFi/mobile data.
I just tested the update process and it is not a Playstore issue.
The freezing of the game, even if I restart the game and reconnect to the server, is still frozen, and I can only give up this match😭

@Dev_VKC I used Dragon Lottery and I summoned Ddraig Goch awakened, but no +9. Is that normal? I supposed an awakened mhytic monster should be +9. If it is normal, it is an idea to improve this

They should have + the same as the summoner. But they just give you slow monsters - if you even get lucky to spawn something useful.
Re-enter game
This happens when there is a drop in internet connection while the game is first loading in. Some of the latest assets don’t load correctly. I know it’s on their radar… I thought it was already fixed
This is odd. We don’t upload anything that requires users to download.
Is the problem still there now?
When was the last time you logged in?
Did you restore your account on a different device?
I tried again many hours after I posted and got in the game so the problem is gone 
Before that I had logged in Tuesday evening probably. And I hadn’t restored the account anywhere else!
I noticed one bug…some monsters are surviving even if their hp becomes zero…which even attacked back…noticed such a bug twice in a month!
@Dev_VKC I was playing PVP yesterday and I noticed that poison sting does 4500+ damage to mantiferno which is poison immune. Is this how it’s supposed to be? If yes then what’s the point of poison immunity 
It’s a critical damaging move. Whether it poisons the target or not is irrelevant. It’s one of craziest yet coolest buffs imo
The same thing happens to my friend on his iPhone, he says “… I am playing on the iPhone and I am already on the penultimate island and it does not let me enter it”, “I was in the battle to win and pass for the penultimate island I went out and when I went to enter the online mode I asked me that bar and so far it has not been removed,” he also says that he has left several times of the game to try.
