Exactly the same thing happens to me, when I enter there is nothing that needs any action, it is as if the symbol were permanent
Might be a qol thing but please fix the notifications devs, im ok with the limited sale cause it changes everyday but the monster shop icon should be there only if there are new monsters
@anon35885104 @IBERIAN Have you guys used your Neo tickets yet? I think it’s to do with that. I haven’t used mine yet and I also have the exclamation mark. I noticed it came on the same day as when they added a page to the news reminding us to use it before it expires.
I have 0 and still got the notification. It’s pretty annoying.

@Dev_VKC Today experienced black screen issue while playing PvP. Received a call that lasted for just 10 seconds and when returned to the game, screen is black and can barely hear the background game sound only. As I closed game and opened again it showed do you want to continue ongoing PvP and when I gave yes but it showed match already ended. Solve this issue…
@Dev_VKC I did a PvP against this player . I didn’t see Baphogouge and Santymph attack. This is even more true for the latter because none of the monsters took any damage and Lila still has stealth.In addition this protector is his second monster entering he is not supposed to be in front of keiser yet this is the case, the game remained frozen like that for 2 minutes and I had to turn off and turn it back the connection and the game did not ask me to reconnect to PvP I checked the battle log and nothing but I play another one and I see that I have not evolved in points. I played many matches with Honghua and Chubpoon and I understood the reason for the draw bug after this match and we tested it. It is because he got a lot of stuns and the opponent’s xyz monster at the beginning of it
It revived from stun entries in most matches, but there were no bugs. I think that stun skills on the field or receiving more than one stun at the same time triggers this bug. @Dev_VKC

@Dev_VKC how does the ticket mechanic work this season? I went to bed 9 hours ago and I woke up with 0 tickets. I thought they only stopped generating 6 hours before ranked finished?
Reload the app and it will work.

my battle log shows that i havent played a battle for more than 10 hours, yet I have no tickets remaining
@Dev_VKC Why is my maximum tickets 6? My last game was 5 hours ago and I had 5 tickets, now I have 6, a single ticket was charged in 5 hours
