Was so slow for me yesterday i wassent able to achive daily gem in like 2 houers

It seems that it has been solved, I have played three games and there is no slowness in the game, it is difficult to find an opponent but that is normal for my Wr (ELO), thanks dev @Dev_VKC

Seems like PvP is the only thing that’s slow, I usually play pvp only so I said everything

It started well 4/6 hours ago but it’s bad again 
@Dev_VKC it’s still the same (just checked pvp)
Whenever I find a match it says loading… but doesn’t connect and shows cross symbol on top as usual but when I click cross to go back to PvP page a black screen pops up without any commands the only option is to wait or restart the app but if I wait for a while then it dose connect to a player after nearly 1 min or more and it’s not even my wifi problem (8k nature videos are still running without any delay).
And when I’m in battle PvP is still slow when using moves (feels like I’m using pve mode in 1x speed).
I’m experiencing this since 22h please fix it as soon as you can

We made some changes to our PvP server to improve stability.

After further investigation, it turns out the cause of the issue is quite simple: we have too many PvP users. Neo Monsters is currently free for a limited time by the way.
We didn’t anticipate this because we didn’t experience any PvP server issues when we had a large influx of users during the past free campaigns. It seems the new PvP system is attracting beginners, and we are happy with this outcome.

Tbf that was a gold reaction. Both of you had the understandable reaction so it was hard to blame anyone lmao
@Dev_VKC yesterday before going to sleep about 10 hours ago I tried to play some PvP, my screen froze and it said loading the game, please I would like to know the reason (I tried it several times). Another problem I encountered a couple of days ago was a delay when attacking the monsters.

I have played with this team through the entire special rule and today when I try to play it tells me that there is an “invalid” monster Carmilette has her SS activated I don’t understand the special rule is still valid right?
I don’t remember changing the equipment, I only changed some hp boost yesterday, has anyone seen if there is a bug for not being able to play with this equipment, the special rule?
Edit : It is solved I just had to remove and put the hp boost back on, it is already solved
Maybe HP boosted Carmillette is being counted as humanoid by the special rule?
I’ve encountered this bug a few times. From my understanding…
It’s when you are in the middle of targeting a monster and your opponent surrenders, then on the victory screen you click on the part of the screen where your binded monster is. You get stuck with this message and have to reload the game.
I don’t know, it wouldn’t make sense perhaps dev can tell us
