It happens when 2 Mons die at the same time, the game freezes and you have to close it.
This happened to me when this error occurred and the game did not freeze @Dev_VKC

I don’t see how Noxdragon died. Maybe it was cast Karma Chain?
But by @Junelle_Abelarde 's message, I assume they won the battle.
two times failed to reconnect issue, its not even ten seconds when i left the match and it already show failed to reconnect due to match already finishing
Can you explain how karma chain works
Because in morning i played some matches and in one match at end . He used karma chain in hazuki and killed hazuki with other monster revenge was not activated . To be clear hazuki was not killed by karma chain effect or she wasn’t even already revived !
Was it supposed to work like that ??

Opponent uses karma chain skill in my hazuki and killed hazuki with slayerbane all even tho revenge was not triggered.
I thought only when karma chained monster for eg
My hazuki in case got the effect and if it kills other monster she will die without triggering revenge
But this didn’t happened she didn’t got any turn after using karma chain

It seems hazukis passive skill doesn’t worked or any miscalculations
basically Hazuki died after getting hit with Karma Chain, but not BECAUSE of Karma Chain, since she didn’t die after scoring a kill, but after being hit with Slayerbane All.
Her rebirth passive effect should have activated, but it didn’t.
Supposing there’s no bug (not a weak assumption), I think what happened is that the Slayerbane All monster died as well after attacking, likely because of a Payback/Petrify/etc Revenge, which disabled Hazuki’s passive, since it requires the enemy to be alive.

@INJUSTICE Once a monster is affected by terminal virus or karma chain their revenge will not trigger no matter how they die. So your Hazuki with karma chain will not have her revive revenge happen no matter what. The only way to make it happen is to pullback Hazuki so she re-enters without karma chain.
As a side note: I believe this also means it will always count as a kill for Trimaegus. So if it does karma chain on an enemy then a teammate kills that enemy Trimaegus will have the kill instead. Although I haven’t checked this to be certain.
