Después de un rato lo tuve que desinstalar y reinstalar de nuevo y aunque recupere la mayor parte de mi progreso… lo primero que hice fue buscar a Geohound que fue 2 partidas antes del problema, este me faltaba y me marcaba nivel 32, ¿qué puedo hacer para recuperarlo?, dejo imágenes de lo que menciono:
After a while I had to uninstall and reinstall again and if you retrieve the greater part of my progress … the first thing I did was to seek out Geohound which was 2 items before the problem, this i was missing and I marked level 32, what can i do to get it back?, I leave images of what i mention:
I couldn’t connect to the servers but when I decided to take a photo of whats happening it worked, I guess u have to threaten it first:)
I’m unable to play online side missions. But I’m able to play other online Live events.
When I try to play online side missions it gives a msg ‘could not connect to online server’ and return to home screen. Plz do something.

Frienss/developers need help
I was not able to play Story/quests/events from last update So I uninstalled and install again game. But after this problem still not resolved. Still I am not able to play story. I have posted all screen screenshot. I can’t play story so I can’t complete tutorial. And community option is not clicking so I can’t use my restore data code. What do? I was on rank 99. Anyone up for help and suggestion? I want to play neo monster with my account again…
Cannot enter the island from 30 minutes ago.
My isp was down at evening when reward newly send.
I got 2 first but the other 2 is failed to connect server.
Today i got 2x robin and str8 make it +9
I lost one robin reward forever because of disconnecting…

I cant get my geohound on my lv 30 it become 31 but i didnt get my geohound and because o this update online missions nkt open properly with my phone …
But i am very angry because i didnt get my geohound for this event i waste too much time,ticket and gems and i didnt get my reward… pls tell me how to get mine reward.
My friend had helped me to contact them last week. In fact I could just use one more potion. Just want to let them know the inbox is still buggy.
The apk isn’t installing…from last two to three updates I have to uninstall and start the game from beginning…in this update I used my restore code too…
Just got an epic from the rare egg
I won the lost crown event two times already and I didn’t receive the ingredient, it’s really annoying because I spent 60 tickets

If ppl are getting epic from Rare egg, how can I believe that there was 40% chance for legendary when I hatched my Rare egg.
My hard work to get those 5 rare gems may have been wasted by your server issue.

Hi, I noticed that when I “cannot connect to server” in a middle of drafting for Island Challenge, even though I only have drafted a few monsters (maybe 1 to 3 monsters) then I cannot continue drafting again after reopen the Island Challenge. It will go straight to battle.
