@Dev_VKC This happened to me automatically when entering a match in the tower
I had no other solution than to close the application
what level of the tower was that?

Did you happen to have a draw match in pvp before this issue occured?

I didn’t have a tie match in pvp. It only happened once, it hasn’t happened anymore. The only way to get out of there was to close the app
I used the same door and equipment again to see if I could record the error from the beginning but it didn’t happen again 
I’m not sure if there is a reason behind this or if its a bug, but when you lower the music and sfx volume to zero, the ‘set filter menu’ still has sfx enabled.

That means you have claimed and received the gems previously but the game somehow failed to save the information.

Not sure what just happened but I was going to Raw Bloodfury the opponent’s Skeleviathan to sack my mon in PVP but the game disconnected me from the match.
There were three AP on the field if that matters.
It immediately gave me the option to resume a left pvp match but after doing so and selecting yes, it booted me back to the pvp main menu without attempting to let me rejoin.
Whoever Sam is, you just got a free win…
this sounds like a genuine connection problem that happens usually if there’s a lapse in your wifi.
the not being able to rejoin thing annoys me too though because the game takes far too long to login. by the time it reloads the game you can never actually rejoin in time.
if you didn’t actually log out of the game through connection loss then theres like a 3 second window for you to reconnect to the battle after the game finally decides to rejoin the server.

@Dev_VKC i wasnt able to get prize for achievement section for completing chambers statue and lost crown jewel. I tried to claim but it missed out payout for one of them could you please check it out?

U guys noticed that SoL Toshi’s Pluminski(in second form) block 100%? Is impossible that can block 7 consecutive attacks,and i remember some old matches and his the same

Hellp, @Dev_VKC I just went into my achievements to check for a few gems I can spam on singles, when I got to super challenge battle, it said I got 10, and I claimed it, I also claimed 10 gems for the chambers of the statue event. Now when I checked rewards, it only showed one item, I knew something fishy was going to happen, but I claimed it anyways.

Apparently you have claimed and received the reward around 4/5. The game failed to save that so it appeared that you can claim again. You did not miss anything.
It is just your terrible luck 
You have claimed one of them around 1/12. This is correct you only received one.
We will take a look at achievement why it sometimes fails to save the claimed information. Thank you for reporting.
