Hello @Dev_VKC, I had a problem when i try to ultra evolve a monster the game freezes and I can’t click anything, I tried restarting the game 5 times and it still didn’t fix the issue. So I cleared the data of the game and when I try to transfer the restore code the game just freezes and I can’t do anything😭 please fix and thank you

I can’t claim a new anniversary login bonus. It keeps putting the first ticket up (day 3) and then saying you have already claimed this when I click on it. It’s happened 3 days in a row now and I don’t want to miss the gems because of it

I can’t clain “récompense”, when i click on the buton i have a black screen and i must close the game, when i open new game i have lose the gain, i have lose 30 gem, i don’t want lose more, i stop game until a correction of this bug
Hello @Dev_VKC I have been unable to play the game at all as of yet. Initially after I claimed rewards from anniversary my screen went black, forcing me to quit the game and then relaunching the game. None of the items, monsters or icons got added to my account except for the neo ticket, which I exchanged already but won’t claim it if same blackout occurs and I lose the mythic. I then bought the 48 gem package and managed to try and hatch on one of the paid gem only banners.
Hello @Dev_VKC , hopefully once you have fixed more important bugs, you can also look into screen split issue. Screen splitting is not working in new update.
