Why does the logo of neo monster turn Into “Unity” Logo after the update? Guys is this for sure? Or its a bug??

So i can lauch game now. Anniversary login and update bonus gems git added leaving me on 190 gems. But claiming them i got a black screen frocingme to restart the game. Still got 190 gems but not updated on hud?

Hello @Dev_VKC, I had a problem when i try to ultra evolve a monster the game freezes and I can’t click anything, I tried restarting the game 5 times and it still didn’t fix the issue. So I cleared the data of the game and when I try to transfer the restore code the game just freezes and I can’t do anything😭 please fix and thank you
I hope this will be fixed soon because the anniversary starts tomorrow

I can’t claim a new anniversary login bonus. It keeps putting the first ticket up (day 3) and then saying you have already claimed this when I click on it. It’s happened 3 days in a row now and I don’t want to miss the gems because of it

I can’t clain “récompense”, when i click on the buton i have a black screen and i must close the game, when i open new game i have lose the gain, i have lose 30 gem, i don’t want lose more, i stop game until a correction of this bug
Hello @Dev_VKC I have been unable to play the game at all as of yet. Initially after I claimed rewards from anniversary my screen went black, forcing me to quit the game and then relaunching the game. None of the items, monsters or icons got added to my account except for the neo ticket, which I exchanged already but won’t claim it if same blackout occurs and I lose the mythic. I then bought the 48 gem package and managed to try and hatch on one of the paid gem only banners.
In the past few hours this screen has never changed and exiting, relaunching and even reinstalling the game immediately goes back to this screen in an attempt to continue the hatches. I really hope it continues with that guaranteed mythic banner hatch.

Even when these errors today I spent my tickets and I could not reach every time that I use a sacrifice ability or a poster comes out so the game crashes
Hello @Dev_VKC , hopefully once you have fixed more important bugs, you can also look into screen split issue. Screen splitting is not working in new update.
