Please help! Cannot Connect!!

I was told that the game could not connect to the server. I’ve been trying for the past few hours to reconnect but to no avail. I’ve tried redownloading the game and use my restore code…that did not work either. My Internet works perfectly fine.
If I was banned, I’m unsure of what I’ve done wrong. Last time I was on the game I spent my 50 gems that I’ve collected from many missions online and during the story mode up to that point, on festival eggs and I’ve spent my 5 rare gems that I have obtained as well. After that it seemed that I could not go back online.

Is there a way to fix this? There is an event starting today and I am really looking forward to it.

Servers go down all the time fam. They were down like 1.5 days last weekend. Its probably nothing but ya try contacting support.

The event is Balancion trials and you have extra days to complete it so dont sweat too much.

They are running for me now, but I had issues too earlier.

I think they were only down in the morning cus that’s when the Americans are asleep. By that I mean the paying players. U.K. Can suffer
