Servers have been bad after anniversary event started. Maybe a lot of players joined?

Just lost 30 tickets because of trying to do grail mission and server kicked me out! DEVS please fix ASAP!

It is so annoying, I had 2 wins in UC minutes ago and due to server not available the +40 levels did not count 
and I am 1200+.

And server down is not so serious issue its normal in Neo, i believe devs just buy some time by asking ppl phone and region details when servers down and ppl complain.
Well that doesn’t mean anything. This can be a temporarily problem. When I sent the pm servers work already again. But there was a downtime for minimum 1 hour for me. I was not able to do anything in the online section. Maybe they try to explore the cause of the problem. I don’t understand why you have to be negative like that
The recent server issue is caused by a bunch of new players joined Neomon during the Free Campaign.
The peak of the active players is around 10PM in Japan (1PM GMT).
And we are trying to spot the real cause as much as we can.
We believe we have found a solution but need to wait until the traffic peak to find out.

Indeed but it somehow suck if the game tells you that you don’t have an internet connection while the servers are too busy. You should maybe work as well on the alert being more specific. Otherwise people will think that the cause will be themselves and not the servers
