Online server can't be accessed

I could go to events but when I tap the rewards, can’t access the server, which means couldn’t claim free gem and daily rewards.

Had the same, it will fix itself, just try again 5 min later by going to the free gems page again. The servers are having some issues.

No need to make a topic for this, just post it in the ‘update bugs’ topic.

Whenever I access the six trials, the “online server can’t be accessed” pops out. What should I do? Thank you.

Every i enter the game i try going online but can’t they say server can’t be accessed how can i fix it and go online
