It’s super good in PvE and even works as a must-have in a PvP strategy.
He is useful for several strategies…his two one on ones can buy some time for triggering chrono and gear their special job(ultimate challenge).Back in the days he was a tank…fastest one on one ever…he was a terror on fl but devs nerf his speed!!!
