Which of the above monsters are good, for PvP and also for PvE?

Except for the first 6 and the last monster, others are old monsters so they are not too useful.
Unless you fullfill their conditions.

Si bien existen monstruos mejores que otros para pvp no puedes limitarte a decir cual es util y cual no.
Todos son utiles segun el equipo o la posicion o tambien de forma individual. Te sugiero que hagas sinergias entre tus monstruos a ver como se favorecen mutuamente y logras extraer lo mejor de cada uno
Wraithcaptain is extremely good for PvE especially against superbuffed enemies. (With its SS unlocked)
The other ones that stand out to me are Delugazar and Tardigrenade. They are both pretty effective in both pve and pvp. They have been powercrept a little bit but are still pretty solid.

i am F2P player so ask generally which monster is useful because of I don’t that much ultra evolving ingredients

I think Wraithcaptain and Tardigrenade will work very well when they come together , it all about sleep lock and survival all …

He isn’t worth evolving unless you want to run a specific strategy.
Especially since alteramids are the rarest resource in the game.
Tardi is best used for his taunt and give turns. Give turn delugazar for sweeping. (Could also work with captainwhiskers!)
Ashterios is also great but you need link fire for him to work and it will take resources to upgrade all your fire stuff. Otherwise I would have recommended him also.
