He’s good for the early levels of Dungeon but after that…useless.
The buffs get too strong. he will be perfect for setting up knight rider and because each new fight in dungeon he can life flip each of the DD’s.
In pvp it will depend on speed. Could be a cool combo with life flip Nightrider desperate all, give turn, desperate night rider, cannabalize him with ziberius, then eye ball enters and team turn for the win lol too many factors for that to work perfect pbviously speeds and opponents play a huge determining factor but could be an annoying little dude…that’s a big maybe tho.

Probably gonna be a good support and that’s it, im assuming its going ti have survivor as a move.

It’s got shield entrance so it would be a better midgame strategy than lead. That’s what neo needs at the moment

If it’s faster than NR, you run into a lineup of Leo NR Nighthunter Zibel with eye in 5th and it’s GG.
2-4 deaths from DA + cannibalize Nighthunter for TT for another DA and Double Retrib.
But you could just hit them with a couple of fast aoes - that would prevent night rider from setting up
Then cannibilize + eyeball to reset hp + TT entrance?
I know eheh obviously they won’t make him that fast
