I mean giving all the players 90-100 free gems last week seemed like a show of appreciation to me

Instead of 6 packs for a guaranteed limited edition should be minimum 3 packs for one at the very least.
because of large amount of gems in other event they removed the 3rd pack guarantee how i wish they bring back again on anniversary 
No, they actually ad the 6th path guarantee for the special egg. The festival egg has still 3rd pack guarantee.
