to me it just looks like Medbie in SE form.
Medbie doesn’t have ×3 ATK/DEF and Stun Immunity tho

Splash, tackle and flail. If she stays on the battle long enough she can use struggle

Half of Medbie’s moveset consists in temporarily removing herself from the battlefield, unironically the best thing to do
