Wasnât that the case with EDs? Why werenât you saying something when they nerfed the little guys instead of nerfing keiser? 
If you ever played yugioh, you would understand. Sometimes old monsters make future design impossible because the devs didnât intend for it to be strong in that way.
You can just increase his speed to 36%, this would technically be a buff instead of a nerf. 
Maybe some cool entrance passives instead of a passive team could deal with this combo better. Would love to see your rank team

@Dev_VKC you guys give low speed to very strong mons ikr? And now why u promoting them? Char was nerfed for just reason she is too fast with her strong moves. Similar with prixis which was argued for so long. But now back to back such silly releases! Plzz be more careful onwards before releasing any mons.Also wtf is unicera always lose in speed with mortilys even she is mythic, is it intended? Shame
My Unicera always outspeeds it, so maybe your copy is lacking 
Kuromasaâs design is very generic though. I think itâs unrealistic to prevent them designing anything too similar to it in the future. Better to not make tools that combo with it. The tools should be designed in a way they take things like Kuromasa into account

Prixis seemed broken back, then lancerent then nyx ,and ed and now flower is the most broken stuff. In fl we need 1 stun protection,1/2 nyx protection, now new criteria is below 18% speed mons. How the hell we gonna make teams now and what basis?
I think it should have raw solo triple catapult instead of devour and link raw catapult throwmageddon instead of second wind to make it more generic
