Yes, I also counted and it was a surprise to waste 54 bonuses. With this bonus 54 I can make 6 legend max + 9

Found it! This was posted back in the old forum, so I guess the pic didn’t survive the transition lol. So I included it right here.

I hope they revert back all legendary bonus for all players and compensate back the potions !
This would be a move for centuries to remember !

Not happy with more rewards when i already had grinded a lot just to specifically make all my monsters +5 because it’s what @Killerdog recommended. This is just adding more grind to the grind. I would like to continue with potting others to +5 rather than start making every single +5 to +6 which would add up to 30 potions

Edit: Not to mention i already had a dedicated waiting list on what to pot next and they required at least 40 potions too, that would mean i’d need 70 potions right now

At least make the +9 monsters back to the same speed they used to be at Max…

I think that having the tu reduction scale being linear will be fine if they still increase for each bonus. That way people won’t feel as if their potions have been wasted.

@Dev_VKC I am sorry but giving out more portions is not the answer I was expecting. Playing more and grinding more to make our already invested potions usefull again is not the way. Why not resetting and refunding?

It also means that the people who grinded for countless hours to get legend pots will have wasted their time to some extent if legend potions are going to be much more common.

At least where before they gave 1 potion will they give 2 or 3, right? Or what number would be enough? I didn’t finish my count… but I was going 50 legends with lost potions… :exploding_head:

Great find! I never knew you were the person who made that chart! I found that chart very useful, even saved it on my phone for reference. You posted that back at the time I was not very active on the forum. The thread you wrote it in was a classic example of people saying 51% +9 = 60% speed or that each +1 reduces entrance by 1 second. I remember most thought it only mattered in the front line too. Entrance speed didn’t get worked out until quite a bit later on (when it bugged me that nobody knew). Thanks for linking those posts.

Great to hear! However, this one fixes half of the problem: that we now want up to 9 potions per monster rather than 5.

The other issues aren’t fixed at all:

  • that potions/bonus we get are quite useless until we get 3 of them
  • that we can’t adjust move TU much any more for specific interactions

It seems backwards to reduce the customisation of our monsters and unnecessary, while also reducing the relevance of dupes… something that has been in the need of more excitement since the start of this game.

This really does seem like a huge step backwards. I still can’t figure out the logic behind this choice.

I’d really like to know if this was a dev decision or something NTT told them to do. It’s my belief the devs wouldn’t do this on their own whim.

I don’t know man i having trouble finding how they could get more money from this change. Maybe is just a really bad mistake
