If you are the user failed to claim anniversary monster Halodrei (shiny), please read and check the following notes, and please simply describe the situation and leave your Friend ID on this thread.

  • Make sure you have updated to the latest version (2.24.2)
  • Sort your monster by index and still cannot find Halodrei (index 2253, 2254, 2255)

Updated to 2.24.2 and still no Halodrei, unable to claim again from the news section.

Updated to 2.24.2 and couldn’t find in the list.

Updated to 2.24.2 No Halodrei and 2 other monsters from rewards section. Aurazur and Atrahasis. All of the above were lost when trying to claim from rewards section and are unclaimable. The screen went black and then app crashed, the monsters were not added and are also no longer in rewards section. Was like this since before update to 2.24.2 and no support came to rectify this as of yet.

Origin of Issue: When I went to collect the Halodrei (shiny) from the rewards I lost connection to the server and I didn’t receive it. It’s not in my collection, it’s not in my rewards section and it’s unable to be claimed from the anniversary news.

Origin of issue: went to collect Halodrei (shiny) from the rewards section, lost connection to the server and realized I didn’t get the mon. Went back to try retrieving it again but it won’t allow me to.
