Don’t know if some of you have experience that the game shut down, in the middle of of the wheel spin? But I just have.
And when I opened the game again, I lost the gem spend on that wheel and got no moster. I have spend alot of gem over the time, but never experienced this before?.
Never happened to me before luckily. Sucks though, 5 gems is actually €4 in my country…

that’s why I want to hear if other have experience it.
Usually if there is an error, the monster will be sent in your rewards category as a failed purchase
Haven’t gotten any monsters in my reward.
So there must be a bug?
But I am in contact with the support, and they will check it out.
