I´m not good finding information on this forum because I see that when I look for info of “Dragon Trainer” the forum gives me info of the last games. I would like to know where can I find the lowest evolution of DonPenguini.

If youre talking about hunter island, then you can find don penguini by clicking on the gravestone on the first town. Click on it will allow you to type something. Type in “Dragon Island” and you will receive it. I am pretty sure that is how you get him as it has been a while since i have played hunter island, especially since the new game came out.
