Hi I wonder if I can back all of my monsters as in all of them, because I got scam and our transaction not been go well and he already open my account that’s why I delete all of my monsters and ingredients too.

Nope. And buying/sellin accounts is against the TOS so your cooked nobody will help you.
Only choice now is to start fresh with an account created by yourself. Then dont share your code with others in the future or it might happend again
