I feel like that u should let the devs know about inappropriate names for the players, and make a rule that your player can’t have inappropriate names.
If you sell waifu designs like that, you shouldn’t be surprised that you find nicknames like that - the game sexualizes teenagers and sometimes children to the extreme.
The only way to downplay this is that the developers themselves do not have children
