I tell you truthfully my fellow Sith. I started to get bored at the end of last season with AP spam and was tired of it at the beginning of this season. BUT I think I had the most fun using AP spam during the period people were getting triggered by it. No exageration when I say I was literally in tears from laughter on multiple occasions when people complained about it and especially when they complained to me about AP spam. Was the most fun PvP ever.
Having said that I am having more fun now than I did at the end of last season and the beginning of this one when using AP spam with the fresh changes and experimenting with my teams. So yeah, loving PvP at present.
I would love to make a strong posion team, Mortar team, sleep team and more if possible. I need key monsters and pots! I want to test out link teams as well. Pretty much everything that is possible. It cost me some wins not a lot though testing new teams after the nerf but I managed to get a decent one together just before ranked. So it worked well.
Only when you stop taking joy from other people’s negative emotions will you truly join us on the light side Saitama… but that will be a difficult journey for you. I feel you will forever flit between the light and the darkness…

I guess that doesn’t apply the “magma, dracorosa, cent, and infernicorn” meta, does it?
Also note, I’m talking about people comboing those 4 together and not running each individually.
Also does this mean AP spam is now a team accepted by the “ONE”s?

Nothing beats a good ol’ Lunartic shell lock and disruption. Maybe the most infuriating way to lose a PvP match

It’s only a very specific type of negative emotions I derive joy from. Ones directed at people for using a legit strat. I sympathize with the rest.

Shells combined with Box Jaws sleep locked with Goldtail is very dark as well. Whether it be Motor or Lunartic

I don’t remember if it was achun or one of KLF members, but that person played those 4 so perfectly. In one of our matches, I had my 12 monsters while I ate through his whole team except last 5. He literally one of the 4 I just talked about. Then I kept seeing those 4 combinations.
You would be kidding yourself if you didn’t admit that those 4 has always in top tier teams. Even back in AP spam days, cent with magma was a must.

They’re incredibly good for sure. Magma and Draco in particular because there is no weakness. At least Cent and Inferno are weak to Chrono. Mr X uses them well, which is how he turns games around

Cent is more dangerous than Draco in my experience. I don’t run much posion though…People might think I’m nuts but I think he is more dangerous than Angel.

I’d agree with that, his instant purify can turn games around, and he can often snag himself a quick kill from counter strike or nightwatch

As for now I can say that we are quite far from accepting AP Spam.
As for the four monsters you mentioned I gotta admit that you can find them in most top tier teams. I own two of the four but removed them from my current team for the sake of team synergy.
But if I had Magma I would definitely run him because he simply works everywhere in a team

Those other ones you mentioned were great strategies you are correct. AP spam is by far the greatest strategy in Neo History. It required an immense amount of skill to pull off. Only the best could use it properly.
