@Dev_VKC sorry for tagging I don’t usually come here to be bothering but I got an issue when I try to create a code to protect my account , it is happening to me and a couple of friends, it says that there is a mistake and doesn’t let create the code , if anyone know please help me out!
The code can only include numbers, if you add letters it will give the error, also check the connection.
For example, I entered an 8-digit numerical code.

this makes me wonder. if someone loggs in. plays for a bit and loggs out. then logg in again. are they the user who last used the account?
To clarify, it is the player who last played the account before the update can set up the safe code for the first time (before we introduced the safe code feature).
If you are unable to set up your safe code, ask the person you shared your account with to set it up for you. Please note that account sharing is against our terms of service, and we do not take any responsibility if your account is stolen as a result.
