You have to write to the support directly and provide your purchase ID and all possible data you can remember.

A while ago I answered them in the gmail and gave them all possible information from username to a friend’s id and so to see if they help me.
Without purchase receipt they’ll surely not be able to help you. Try to contact them again with this information.
