How far can I realistically go?

My egg rolls have netted me the following:

four protection type monsters. (Stegotops, Nimbus, barricado, moltasmo, which I picked up on an egg roll this morning, just to see the live mission…lol.),

two stunners: horrorfish and frizzly

Two attack types: Pegassion and Stratosfear

One bomber, the crown jewel of my team: Poseideon, ultra-evolved.

I started with Viridino.

I feel unlucky, but the team has some decent synergy to it. The vast majority of the 4* are ultraevolved. The rest are maxed and waiting on ingredients.

No legendary monsters, and only 3 super epics. I’ve so far managed to catch all the 3* and 4* monsters available (including the three on the Cursed Island)

I’m at Beritus, and working through the fire ruins of the 1000 year past OMs.

I’m starting to notice that my team lacks serious firepower. How much further am I going to get with this group? I have yet to spend any money on this team.

And a side note: Isn’t the dunkleon about the ugliest looking monster in the world?

You’ll probably end up at around the godfeather fight with some luck in the new chapter. Maybe the poison team in the first chapter. The boss after beritus will be hard as well. As for new online content, I dunno

Realistically you can beat all of the content so far having three super epics.  A legendary is good and all but no one but a select few have ultra-evolved theirs so their pretty much like ultra-evolved super-epics.  Build a team around keeping your three super-epics alive so that you can get the most out of them.

Yeah have fun with the final boss, he’s rediculously buffed and he summons legendary monsters also to help annihilate you in the fight. I’ve tried almost every combination possible with my monsters and I can’t beat him and I have over 25 epic and above monsters.

In my honest opinion, you will be able to go extremely far. You can probably have no problem clearing most of the content with your current line up.

One point that you are really lucky with is to roll two stunners. You can combine these two with other free stunners in the game such as Seasteed(3 Stars) and Raijin (3 Stars) to pull off a really devastating combo. Make use of free monsters like Infernowrym and Voltiger to one hit ko many monsters in the game. And since time strike has such a low delay you can really abuse it if you use it correctly.

After infernowrym and voltiger have maxed out their use with time strike then you can allow them to die. They will automatically poison the entire enemy team. Next monsters up should be ones with poison eater.

Additional note is that your Poseidon can be kept alive effectively through your many protector monsters. Usually the enemy has heavy tanks and stun absorbers infront. Once you manage to use Poseidon to blast them away, the stun and poison combo will let you finish them with ease.

(Currently at stage 5 online mission and having no difficulties)(cleared all story mode as well)

Well I’m guessing you forgot Shiki that the final boss in the story mode is immune to stun…I would suggest having someone with purify and protect out to dispel the poison all to avoid poison massacres.  Other than that plan to have your monsters in a position to kill just the main guy and dont worry about the others so much…except the spider bomb.  You know you’ll have to have a protect killer to target the two walls he summons first but after them go straight for him.  It’s not easy but you can do it
