You have to evolve Shadowyrm and get the SS on it. Atra summons to Gold Auto Protectors first, you can use the SS and regular Protector Killer on Shadowyrm to one shot both then use 3 other Give Turn monsters and spam GT with Bloodthirst into Atrahasis should do it.
