HELP ME EVERTALE SUPPORT

My device got wiped last Saturday.
I did receive a response from evertale support early Monday.
I answered all questions plus gave them plenty of extra information about MY ACCOUNT.
I PURCHASED THE GAME NOVEMBER 4TH 2019.
Then silence.
I’ve been staring at my emails all week for the codd to get back in my account.
I am a big spender in evertale, I dont understand why I cant play evertale.
It’s the only game I like and play.
I am having a nervous breakdown. Please someone from evertale answer my cries for help.
I finally have time off work and all I will be doing is staring at my emails praying for a simple code.

If you replied with the information you wanted then I guess their next reply should be with the information you need to transfer your account. Quite annoying that they’ve left you waiting a few days when they were so quick before. I hope they get back to you soon. If they haven’t by Tuesday-Wednesday next week then message me about it again with the support case number and I’ll see what I can do to get it some attention
