hatching bug or bad luck?

I just opened 100 Eggs(!) on the Cinder/Vigziarid banner. All, and I mean ALL I got were epics and superepics! not one mythic or even just legendary.

I would consider my account on the less fortunate side of things as far as hatching in the past goes but this can’t be right… right?

I had the odds of hatching neither a legendary or mythic calculated for me and they turn out at 0,592%.

I am asking for a refund or compensation as this has to be some sort of bug in the game. I also have video proof as i recorded the hatchings, thinking i’d awaken cinder of which i only needed one more shard!

well there’s bad luck and then there’s this. it’s almost impossible mathematically. what’s the worst you’ve had?

it’s not uncommon to not get a mythic in 10 packs bro, we have a pity counter now for a reason.

Also haven’t you been around for a while now? Hatching this close to anniversary is risky!

Literally 1 in 169 for the result. So if we had 200 people hatch 10 packs, at least one would probably get a result like you did.

Sorry but it’s just bad luck. I’ve definitely had 10 packs in a row with nothing a few times on my account. You notice it more when it’s the first 10 packs on a particular egg, rather than 10 in the middle of 30+ packs being hatched.

yeah- 1 in 169, i was also presented with those odds by chatgpt. i know spending that many gems shortly before the anniversary isn’t the best decision but as i said i only needed ONE MORE shard for cinder…

actually i ended up hatching another 3x10 AND AGAIN didn’t get a mythic or even legendary (odds at this point being a nearly impossible 0,127% or 1 in787)

also, i opened a total of at least 5 rare gem eggs, all containing SEs consecutively.

I am once again asking if this is potentially a glitch and if someone from zigzagame could look into this

So now you go for another 10 packs and be sure you will get that missing Cinder copy no matter what.

Well then you should not have touched Cinders banner and dump 20 packs if you could not afford to go all in till pity.

is there always pity at 30 packs? thought that was only during events or something. also i didn’t expect to get screwed this badly by the game…

Yes. Every banner has 30 packs pity.

When you say nearly impossible I would think of odds multiple times less than what jackpots have, but hatching a specific non-featured mythic effectively has ~0.006% chance to happen

this is about not even one out of 130 eggs & 5 rare gem eggs containing a legendary or mythic

You mentioned the odds. Its all that’s relevant. My post is about calling a measly 1/787 “nearly impossible”.
