I’ve bought the 200 style cubics promotion and then i saw that i just need to buy 4 pieces of it (fully awakening it again LOL it doesn’t makes sense). i’ve sent an email for the team but idk if iam getting refunds, but i wanna at least my 200 cubics back to buy it corretly (2 awakens) in the place of 1 piece of 5 different myths.

not really. Most gacha games you don’t have to fully awaken again a legend when you just buy a skin, in trully, i never saw a game that you just have to do it

The information is even there just by pressing the button on the side.
Give him a break. I can totally see he was confused, and he is right about the skin system being completely different here (as it’s a totally separate monster and not just an “addition”).

But we’re talking about Neo Monsters, not another game. If it were, it would only show us the final stage and not the first stages.
That’s why they sell us 100-200 cubes; if it were only needed once, the number of cubes sold would be less.

there isn’t, its a commom sense on gachas that if you have a legend you just put a skin on it, why it is supposed to fully awaken again? and buy like, 4 copies of that?
its strange how it works here, and as i’am a returning player, i really didn’t imagined that it should work like this. just got distracted by the hype of having skins.

Even when you buy one, you get a message that a copy has been added to your Game mail , just like when you buy from the Mythic store.
The style shop shouldn’t work this way, but that’s not our decision, because having to spend resources again and finish another 120 BQ levels is tedious.
Good luck if they give you everything back, but it don’t hurt to read the information next time.

Yeah they should have a message for the first one you buy on each monster which has a reminder:
Each purchase gets you one copy of the monster and you can buy up to the number of copies you have of the standard version (4 to awaken).
I don’t think the game is clear enough. Too many people will not read the details properly and need to contact support.
Skins? What is this, Diablo Immortal? Come on Neo players, this is the Style Shop! a completely different board game. we get a whole new monster variant to recapture, retrain, re-evolve, and re-max bond. Just be sure to stock up on resources… Zigzag playing chess while Ubisoft got stuck learning checkers.
