I did not received the gem for the Hell Battle 3 in the current Game of Hordes.

Quick question do hell mode open only if you completed extreme?
It opens when you complete all the GoH battles. That is, from beginner to extreme

We are sorry for the missing reward. This issue only affects Hell Battle 5, and has been fixed now.
The players who missed it can go to the GoH event page and you will see a claim button for the missing gem.

Provide them with your receipts and your friends code and they will look in to the matter.
Be patient and give them some time to respond. Since the original issue of the thread seems to be solved I will lock this thread
