Can't claim balancion reward.

I finished the battles for day 1 of balancion event but I can’t claim the gem.
The X’s are red and says “tap here” over the gem and fruit but when I try to claim the gem it says “unable to claim prize” then goes back to balancion screen, I’ve redone the 5 battles multiple times but it still won’t work.
(Yes I’ve updated the game and yes I’ve restarted my device but nothing)

If you can beat hell mode and get XP than you are lucky finish as much as you can…So you get HR rank s achievement

No. I beat all 3 days in Hell Mode and got the rewards… so you get both

Im not trying to rank up rn I’m fine at 170 but I do want the rewards that I still can’t claim :unamused:

Hi @M-Shamir,

I am sorry for the issue occurred to you.

This is a rare visual bug that the “trial progress” and “tap here” are showing incorrectly.
Please ignores them and complete 5 battles, you will be able to claim the rewards.
This issue will be fixed when you finish Day4.

We have changed how the timer works in this event.
You can complete all the battles at once up to the most recent day.
