Many, many times when I have an opponent almost defeated the game just freezes and I have to shut down the game and not record the win nor claim the prize. Is this a glitch that is occurring caused by my opponent quitting the battle??

Sometimes the game freezes when the server is reconnecting so it’s best to leave it and not close the app unless it succeeds 3 min most the time it will say defeat with no points gained if you gained points it means they quit
This is only during pvp and it doesn’t resolve until I shut down (longest I timed was ten minutes).
I think it’s from my opponent quitting but why isn’t that triggering a win?
