This game has always been whatever Dev wants. I mentioned before that the game is too explicit, which will get it throttled on many Chinese platforms, but they don’t seem to care about that.

Anyway，First, they drive away the non-spending players by removing the shrines, and then the paying players will leave as well.
Bruh, they literally said multiple times the shrine is not going anywhere. And they never gave it any fixed schedule either, people just made that part up themselves.
And now everyone is acting shocked like something got taken away.
Meanwhile Squinty just opened a 5000 shrine and maxed it out

I’m a long-time player, and if I remember correctly, I’ve been playing practically since the game launched, back when there was no shrine and gems were hard to come by, and egg packs cost 50 gems. But some people forget, or prefer to forget, that things are different now. New releases used to be rare, but now we have new Mythic dungeons every month, and thanks to the shrine, free-to-play players can awaken their Mythic dungeons by saving up and be competitive (we already have a top free-to-play player), something that Mr. Dont89 and a few others seem to despise. So it’s not greed; the shrine has been in the game for a few years now, and it’s normal for people to get stressed when it’s not available. Obviously, the game needs monetary support; nobody works for free, and in any game, it’s normal for those who pay to have an advantage. Games aren’t created just for people to have fun; the main purpose is to generate revenue. But what is wrong is that those who pay look down on those who don’t and despise them when they complain about something. Who has more right to eat, a prince or a servant?

Apart from coltraz, no paying players have complained about the shrines. Maybe this game belongs to Coltraz and Dev.

Wow, I would have never expected you of all people to be in the “Coltraz is a Dev” crowd. Truly shocking.
Do you guys just forget how corporations actually work the moment you open a gacha game? Not everything is some grand conspiracy.
And maybe, just maybe, we do not need to bring Socrates level philosophy into a 2D mobile game. It is not a debate about good versus evil or prince versus poor, it is just a game.

The sanctuary will arrive tomorrow, but if it doesn’t, we’ll have to wait until next month. I hope they offer compensation because we’ve already lost a sanctuary that, even if some pay-to-win players think it doesn’t help, it does, very much so. This is not up for debate; the sanctuary has to stay. It’s not like in 2016 when it wasn’t needed; now it’s absolutely essential. If they want to remove it, let them, but after this mistake, there’s no going back. Or maybe there is; nobody knows. But the community didn’t make the mistake, so don’t worry.

Games update way too fast now. Even with a shrine, you still need to spend diamonds to keep up.
I just want the shrine to have a regular schedule, not random like before.
Take Evertale for example — its shrine rotation is really consistent.
F2P players can save up and get a new 7-star over time, while spenders can pay to get them right away and not miss any new units.

Precisely because this is a game, we cherish every hard-earned benefit all the more — just as paying players are willing to invest funds to pull their favorite characters, we are simply striving to obtain the content we desire. Not everyone has the means to change their circumstances through payment, yet our aspirations are fundamentally aligned with those of paying players; we have merely chosen different paths to pursue the joy of gaming.
Neo is the only gacha game like that. The other gacha games are very transparent.

I agree, it’s just a game. But people like it and get hooked; otherwise, no one would come here worried when something doesn’t go as planned. By the way, thanks for the Socrates comment; I appreciated the compliment. Times are different now, but people think the same or worse than when he lived.

In my opinion there is no need to express the same view more than ten times everyday. If the devs are willing to reply , they will or else they won’t. The comparison between previous and now is not much feasible though because times are different(heavily it is) , but that doesn’t mean we have to constantly tell the same thing. This discussion about the shrine’s delay has been going on from almost more than a week.
My question is that , we almost all of us know the reason , why it is like this? The new event. The problem the others are facing are more or less real…but waiting for a few days , won’t change anything , it just changed the time span. Have some patience. Despite being a f2p , am I complaining? If I as a player , can keep the patience , why can’t the others. The shrine is going to be released today or three to four days later , I guess.
I care about new events more than I care about the shrine. I started playing long before the shrine even was a thing. I welcome it however, and it’s funny to joke about bad shrine results. And the dopamine kick is great when you get 900+ from it!

My maximum is usually between 700-800, rarely 900. I’m not complaining because it’s simply probability, nothing more. I’m not very interested in events except for those that offer legendary potions.
Sometimes I get bored with the game because it’s always the same routine; maybe I haven’t quit yet because I have a group of friends with whom that boredom decreases.
