I was wondering: is it just RNG or are their numerical probabilities (like: the chances are much higher to get a 1,2-1,5x bonus and 2x bonus is like a 1% chance)?

I made a thread showing the drop rates. Haven’t updated it with the results I’ve got recorded from the last year but the sample size is big enough to give a rough idea:

I’ve made this a guide for anyone wanting to find it. I’ve kept shrine records of myself and another player since the very beginning of the fortune shrine. At certain points I have also recorded results from other people. Below I’ve shared the total results as well as for these two individuals, to give you an idea of the variance you can expect.
