Well I thought about using emeraldeus with sleep bomb & 1on1 nerfing 
maybe next UC I have to time to try around a little. This strategy got recommended by hidian I think.
For now I stick with 100/140 depending on the account. Too annoying to aim for higher if top 50 requires like floor 400 xD

i would suggest you should try strategy with knock back, give turn, turn bomb and sleep bomb to support Gertyrant. the last must be lastbite.
i beat lv400 with this strategy. Hope it helpful for you.
