Finally, new update has come (version 1.3.9). It fixed previous problem with removing rollback saved file phase. I entered the game smoothly and began to restore my last code.
The code was successfully restored. Restarted the game. At entrance loading, the loading bar has stopped. Several times ive tried again closed and restarted, but nothing’s changed.
I think this is bug again. Very sad.
Anyone have any idea to solve this?
Turn off your internet connection and enter the game…once ur there you can turn it back on. It worked for me 
Not working on me (why me?!!). It goes the same after i cleared data, restarted the phone, restarted the from beginning again, restored the code, then it’s stopped on loading bar. Anyone have solution? Thanks

I have the same issue. Loading bar is suck near the end of the bar. Nothing has worked that I know to do. Emailed support with no replies.
I am on version 1.4.1 which messed it up for this Android phone.
I have an android phone with game version 1.4.1 as well.
The loading bar after initial white screen won’t load all the way and it’s stuck at about 80%.
Same issue here.
And I have the attendance that was very high.

I think it will happen to account that had been already once restored. Ive tried to restored new account (hero rank 1) and it worked well. But it stuck again everytime i restored my first account (hero rank 50).
In the game’s rule says that one restore code can only be used once per year. i think it has something to do with it. And it also meants to say goodbye to our first account. Very sad and disappointed.
Well I’ve never restored an account but this issue happened just yesterday. The loading screen is stuck even after waiting 15 minutes. I believe it’s a problem with the code.

Went to GooglePlay and just “Install” on top of my 1.4.1 version with the new 1.4.2 version. Then opened the 1.4.2 version on the phone and it works now. Thanks so much for getting the 1.4.2 fix in before I lost the consecutive login bonus. That was a close one. Next time test an update for Android… IOS isn’t the only player!

I’m using v1.4.3 and I’m recently experiencing the same stucked in the start loading screen issue. Hoping this will be automatically resolved asap or at least when the new update comes soon. It will suck if I lose my level 72 account. I may stop playing this if that’s the case coz that will be so disappointing. Thanks for any help!
