Hello Neo Monsters,
I have a problem with my game data save.
My smartphone turned off, when i launched Neo Monsters, unable to charge entirely the game (it freeze during loading screen). So i decided to uninstall and install it again, of course, i have the restauration code.
Then I wanted to restore my previous saved game with this restauration code and it is not working, is says : " Resauration failed - Network problem or your code is not correct" my network is OK and the code is correct too !
Now i lost everything and can’t play anymore, can you do something to give my account back ?
