Well currently trying to improve my team somehow,im hardly earning gems, but i realized that there are 3x dungeons on Cursed island that grant us epic monsters, but the problem is that that powers are too much buffed or owerpowered,or however you wana say it. So wanted to ask for some strategy to defeat thoose?
PS:Waiting for Canyswyrm to improve my team, also currently stucked at Torus, the last of Grand Four,so if you have any advice about that or anithing i will likely appreciate it,sorry if i bored you with my questions, just a new player that likes this game, here is the look of my team,i know its bad but trying to improve it somehow…
Hmmm, I can’t give too much advice cause I’m pretty new to the game, but I would change the position of some monsters. Put your starter at the end so you can use Last Stand, it’s powerful enough to win you some battles. I’d also put Demihorus and Rosequeen together, because they synergize pretty well with their sleep skills, and the same for Hellataur and Dahargaz. Also, if you want some additional Poison synergy, you might want to add a Voltiger to your team, since it poisons every enemy when it dies. (Unless you have someone better, I don’t know exactly the skills each monster has) Voltiger also has Timestrike, so you can combo it with Leobolt’s ability to get a kill or two with it.
EDIT: I see you have Infernowyrm on your bench, which is basically a better version of Voltiger, so that’s the best choice.
If you can’t beat those dungeons, you’ll probably have to wait a bit longer till you have more max cost, more monsters and more ultra-evolved guys.
For your team, i’d start with spidel, cobrak, raijin and a protector. There’s a few pretty good protector ingame for starters, I prefer stegospike for his stun absorb and purify, untill you roll better ones. Create duplicate with spidel, then use it with cobrak to throw (though I think you have to evolve him for throw). Kill one monster with cobrak, then his bloodcrave becomes very strong. Raijin can accelerate your team and then stun bomb. After him you let vegitiger and firemane come in, so they can timestrike after stun revenge from spidel and/ or stun bomb from raijin. Leobolt is your next, again usefull with his stunning entrance. Behind him you could put your poison eaters. They will benefit from the timestrikers poison revenges. After them you start an assisted thunder line with motordragon, nimoss, raptorex. You should put criffclaw behind them to heal and secure your motordragon and raptorex for as long as possible. Before nimboss dies, you try to use his sleep bomb and let rosaqueen enter, followed by demihorus. If you ultra- evolve raptorex he gets sleep all, but realize that he is more vulnerable to sleepkillers then. Your last monster should be viridiraptor, because his last stand can be very powerfull.
So your team should be like this:
Spidel
Cobrak
Raijin
Protector (stegospike)
Vegitiger
Firemane
Leobolt
Dahargaz
Hellataur
Motordragon
Nimboss
Raptorex
Griffclaw
Rosaqueen
Demihorus
Viridiraptor
My solutions are on this here thread- http://www.hunterislandforum.com/index.php/topic/5487-cursed-island-dungeons/
Unfortunately, you don’t have any epic survivors, so my first strategy won’t work. the seapups will be particularly hard for you. the other two should work though, just use vegitiger, firemane, infernowyrm and voltiger along with your stunners. Also put dahargaz and hellataur close after them, so they can poison eat the enemies. Slip Geardrake in there too, the bronzeshells will really help. And obviously, don’t forget to actually capture one of them. I made that mistake once, I felt like such an idiot. I’d prioritize the dunklies, their final form is an amazing asset.
