The dungeons on cursed island are … Let’s sag 80% impossible. I say 80% because you can get really lucky in theory with death roulette and death revenge but other than that, when you have monsters with stats boosted so ridiculously that their “splash” does 800 damage to a fire monster, it’s pretty much impossible.
I’ve employed pretty much every strategy I can think of; sleep all/dreamhunt, poison revenge/poison eater, stun bomb/time strike, protect focus/400 sec time bomb,
Nothing can get through their defenses. The fully evolved monsters at the end, a time strike with a lightning monster with 2500 attack while they are stunned st 250 seconds does 800 damage. It would normally do like 4500… And they have about 5000 health.
What I really need is a strong monster with Bloodcrave but the only one I have is a green super rare with 2200 attack and reckless assault. Unfortunately he always ends up killing himself with reckless assault or being attacked before I can effectively give him a kill for Bloodcrave. And my duecalon always gets attacked before he can get 2 kills for bloodthirst.
Tactic is you have to pay mate.
Or use monsters like the stunfrog and sleep team
You need 400 second bomb skill.
You need to kill the 6 monsters.
Kill the first 2.
Then kill the other 4 at the same time.
After you’ve killed them , the bosses comes out and u use 400 second bomb.
I managed to beat one of the dungeons on cursed island. The one with the Dunkly’s. It was impossible. I got really lucky. I had three consecutive stun bombers and two time strikers to take out about 5 of them. Then the big guys came in and one shorted everything I had. Then my two death revengers came into play, I killed 2 of my own guys, but managed to take down one of the big guys leaving 3 big guys left. Two of them auto died when they killed my revengers and I managed to kill the last one by whittling him down with the remainder of my force.
But I tried this same strategy on the dungeon with the Seapups… And it was going great … Until the big guys came … AND THEY ARE IMMUNE TO STUN! Furthermore, whenever they kill a time striker, poison revenge activates and I can’t put them to sleep in order to stall for a 400 bomb so my bombers also get one shifted by gigawave which hits for 1600 literally even when you have 3100 defense.
And the above guy is right. Desth roulette only hits the big guys for 4700 and they still have like 2000 health left. Time bomb will hit them for about 2500 with the frog, and maybe 5000 with my Aquallion because he has 3300 attack. Getting Aquallion to hit the 4 big guys at once would be awesome but I csnt figure out the monster order to kill 2, then 4 like the first guy suggested
It would make sense to put strong poison eaters for when they kill the time strikers but the enemy is water element and so if you eliminate hellataur because he’s fire, I have a super powerful Seacoil with 3100 attack - and his poison eater only hits them for 800, which is outrageous. I don’t have any electric poison eaters that have sufficient attack. So I might manage to kill 1 monster with a poison eater, but that’s it.
If I forgo the time strikers and try sleep all and dreamhunt, once again I don’t have any electric dreamhunters with sufficient attack. I’ve got a powerful earth and water dreamhunters and they only hit them for about 1200 - not enough.
Only moves that do enough damage are time strike and Bloodcrave and my stupid Bloodcraver can never get the final blow in order to activate Bloodcrave because he only does 199 damage with reckless assault.
Honestly there’s are difference between hard and cheating and these fights cheat big theses fights don’t require strategy they require ridiculous luck even with the best non roll units in the game if you can’t beat the fight two time out of three with your strategy then it’s not a strategy it’s I hope they don’t attack my guy with bloodcrave for the next ten hits and I hope my death roulette keeps hitting them no game should involve the equivalent of banging your head against a brick wall and hoping it falls over and I doubt even the legendarys will help much because the only way to even hit them for anything even with high level guys is with time striker and death roulette and other overpowered one hit kills that will kill them in about 2 to 5 hits if they don’t one shot you first.
Edit why is their something weird in my post hackers?
I think the game is fun as hell and implores massive amounts of strategy - what I strongly am against is boosting the stats of the enemies. It’s like the game Bloodborne or Dark Souls. Rather than making it hard by giving the enemies strategy or skill, it’s falsely made hard by giving the enemies more health and making them do more damage than you can. But in a game like this, that boasts 900 monsters where the amount of synergy is unparalleled, making it hard by boosting the enemies stats is not only a cop out, but it’s just plain stupid. If the enemy can’t win based on their strategy and line up using the same monster pool as the player then the enemy doesn’t deserve to win. Plain and simple.
As hell, not as heaven. That is a seriously weird iPhone autocorrect
What the hell? Why does it kee changing hell to heaven? Is it this forum…?? But h e l l is not a curse what is his forum for, 3 year olds?
Yep couldn’t of put it better myself making something have 3 to 5 times all stats is just fake difficulty and it not just the ruins ether I looked at one of opponents monsters and one of them was 109% to his ultra evolution oh and yeah the censoring is annoying.
My Aquallion that I mentioned uses 400 second MEGAbomb and it only does 1200 damage so as I said; not the way to go.
What do you mean pay???
You can’t choose what egg you get. You can spend $78 dollars, get 5 eggs and not get anything that will help you whatsoever.
Frankly the only monster I can see helping is the one with Unwanted Friend.
i need another electric time striker
I’m using Voltiger
Anyone know another?
My earth time striker does half the damage of the electric one and it’s one thing that is making the fight really difficult.
Also, any electric monsters with Survivor?i have one with desperate strike but he just usually ends up being killed with the crazy 1600 damage ultra wave they can spam 4 times consecutively
I wonder if I can put them to sleep long enough for twin death sentence to work.
No the 800 bomb is about what I hit with no 4 star or higher by retread his post I mean don’t tell someone to use tactics like sleep and bomb and stun when that’s exactly what he’s doing.
Bro I’ve completed that dungeon,
The last one on cursed island.
I used triphoon 5 *to kill the 4 big boss at the end , shadow stalker 6* for the dream hunt skill ,frillzeon 4* to sacrifcie and put openants monsters to sleep and esapidon 4 *as a tank .
Now this is what I did , and worked.
Firstly I sacrificed my frillzeon.
Got them to sleep. Then used dream hunt. The dream hunt then leaves only a little bit of hp left.
I do that four times.
Kill 2 of the monsters.
Then do sleep and dream hunt again.
Once the 4 bosses are lined up and the 4 monsters in front, which are all at low health use a monster with splash damage.
Then they die , the four bosses comes out , the 400 sec bomb in action then , boom their dead.
This may not have helped as I used different monsters and higher ones , which I’m fortunate to have , but if you see where I’m going at , maybe you can implement my tactic using other monsters which I don’t know about .
I hear what you’re saying but there’s a few issues I’ve encountered.
Sleep bomb has a 100 second ticker before it can be used.
If they gang up on any one monster and kill it before you can activate sleep bomb, then the Dreamhunters comes into play and when you use the sleep bomb, you put the friggen dreamer to sleep.
in order to take them all out with a splash skill, you’d need an extremely powerful monster of the correct element. They are water so you’d need lightning and I only have Leo whatever and his 2500 attack and ultrabolt all only does about 296 to all of them so they would need to be really weak.
Then if all 4 big guys come in, even with sleep bomb and mega sleep bomb it would only do about 2000 damage, and they have about 5-6500 health. So… I don’t know how yours killed them.
I mean, my Aquallion has 3300 attack - the only way I can see it killing them is if I had a lightning element mega sleep bomber with 3600 attack lol.
Not sure that even exists
Wow there is a monster called Gunfish with 400sec NOVAbomb which sacs your last monster for critical damage. That would do the trick. Don’t have him though
Hmm my esapidon has a skill protect team mates. So it lures those guys to attack but then it gives me enough time to use sleep and then dream hunt.
It may just be in difference in stats of tyhoons 400 sec bomb. I’ve always killed big monsters with this guy and never failed yet, which is why I was able to nearly complete the game
I really don’t know tho , word will soon come out and once others have experienced they will probably tell the world.
Just beat the blurbeak one! It’s really not that hard if you have the right monsters. I’ll include a photo of the team I beat it with. I had bergback use protect focus(you absolutely need protect focus if you want this to work), and orcoid and firequeen use sacrifice summon to put 6 rockoids on my team. Then I just waited for plasmorexis and megavortex’s survivors to kick in(settle for goldenhorn and rooknight if you don’t have an epic survivor), then had them cut loose on the blurbeaks, obviously making a note to capture one of them. Lavacroc is the trump card, with sacrifice heal to heal bergback and himself, sacrificing the rockoids. The blurbeaks do have spark, but for some reason they always pointed it at lavacroc. Once those two went down, I set off all the stun bombers and had my timestrikers finish them off. The wolfrozen and zeugigant are there to potentially pull off a last stand, if the previous two strategies fail.
Here are the essential monsters that you can get without eggs-
lavacroc
voltiger
infernowyrm
narlance
orcoid
firequeen
islandoe
flufferno
stormfox
goldenhorn
rooknight
Sadly, it doesn’t work on the seapups because they’re immune to stun, and not the dunklies because they have protector killer.
