I appreciate your effort to make it sound like a challenge but it isnāt and I can tell you exactly why: I am completely able to play as F2P from my own account.
NeoMon doesnāt provide permanent buffs according to power level like majority of gatchas does, hence that when you are asking a P2W to play as a F2P this is exactly what is happening nowadays, there is F2P able to mimic my most broken team, then when restrictions change that specific F2P goes into shadow while it appears another F2P from the shadow that can mimic my most broken team with that restrictions.
This is the whole point of this thread, increasing mythic cost reduces number of broken mythics into a team, so more F2P become enabled to mimic us P2W.
Some people (most people), took this as a complain in which F2P are keeping beating us P2W, thatās wrong, as VKC said if I go toe to toe with any specific F2P on the long run my results are way better, because I can adjust my team.
BUT if I compare my results to the whole F2P community, the difference between us is way closer, because at least 50 F2P got enough mythics to be able to be competitive.
And Iāll be very very honest with you, even bringing back to the old cost mythic units is just a temporary fix, F2P community will eventually get there.
Thatās why for a P2W is much wiser to invest in games where paying provide a permanent advantage, and until NeoMon will not hit that direction, you will always have this type or complaint.
If you wanted a skill based game you should have created a game like tekken, no money involved at all. Creating a gatcha and then talking about balance is hilarious.
I have to agree with this one LOL
I am always chuckling at F2P coming her asking for various nerfs for myths just because they canāt beat the paywall to get them.
He means: start a fresh account and see how many years it takes you to get to top 50 without any spending.
If you think like this, why do you spend on gacha games? A permanent advantage in gacha games really does not exist. There will be more updates, new units that are better the previous ones. It will always require spending for new stuff to stay on top of things.
Trust me itās more interesting for high spenders that way. Without competition you guys would be fighting the same 10 guys over and over again. Who wants to do that? Also you guys beat the non-low spender accounts more often than they beat you.
Some balance needs to exist to keep the game interesting for F2P. You guys donāt seem to realize at all how much time and effort goes to build a competitive F2P account. Months of saving, careful planning. You can cut so many corners and thatās the advantage you get from paying.
I donāt think itās worth responding to him anymore. It all feels like rage bait at this point. Because no one can be that dense, as literally no one agrees with him but himself, tbh.
Heās got his preference. But Iām really interested in the other game he mentioned which has 5 broken units that requires 10k+ to max out. How does a game like that draw enough players?
Yes you need to keep spending to keep up the top with other P2W, not to keep up with other F2P, because once you hit a certain amount of power you unlock permanent advantages, so you need to worry only about people with the same or higher advantages.
I donāt think so but you are free to think that way.
I play gatchas so I know exactly what I am talking about.
NeoMon is one of a kind and it isnāt seen well on the P2W perspective.
I wonder if there are enough other spenders like you⦠If yes, I just got a new business idea. A gacha that costs 200 euros to play. No F2P, only premium/spenders, elite PvP game. Just gotta market it properlyā¦
This kind of game would inevitably fail. It needs attention from a big crowd. Maybe it could have a 200 euro paywall to an elite PvP where the best rewards are at.
