Dude, just like I had posted, you can restart your game as soon as you got even 1 leg. Monster then you can purchase gems all you can after that… 
Nah I’m hero level 75 and have a pretty good super epic team to have got me this far lol I would rather wait and hope I get lucky finally on the next festival or the anniversary
