The friend am talking about doesn’t play the game he only checked the prices for me couple of months ago on my visit to china.
If am not mistaken you are right that you need a bank from USA such as bank of america to purchase but its much cheaper price.
I was thinking of opening a account in china on my next visit but i dont know when since prices are about 50% discounted but since i travel quite often am not sure it will fit my schedule.

Releasing cw legend right on pvp ranking day,
They made that legendary in that way on purpose,
Players will roll on that banner, and seeing those super epics with hp boost helps the gem sale & more, as you can buy boost 1 monster per 100 gems,
Afterwards when this pvp season is over, they will introduced balance patch or release a legendary/mythic which will hard counter cw legendary,
This constant cycle has been going on since 2017,
And it wont stop lol
Devs they dont care and even if they care they have no power to stop this process,
If that process increases the revenue,
Its just futile to voice your concern.

China has the smartest people on earth, from the people i met and how they save money, we have couple of Chinese players here if you need help in the game you should reach out to some of the Chinese players they are very helpful and super nice
A shop mythic was leaked during anniversary where he totally counters this strategy, he will be released with the new year banner.
Furthermore the cw reminds me of bloom/dusc combo but 10x stronger, and the shop mythic you can guess its basically the counter sukienshi its all over again

A shame he is holy element and slower than the CWs and is weak to the most common fl one

Scimitar Chi (136TU) - This skill hits 2 enemies. It does more damage for each kill made by the user. This skill cannot be redirected to other monsters. (a double bloodfury with focus?)
(2) Scimitar Ha (42TU) - Critical piercing damage to a protector and negates revenge. It can only target monsters with a protector icon. (Note: this can target taunt/scapegoated monsters, but cannot target something that hasn’t used protect teammates yet)
(3) Scimitar Gen (170TU - 2 uses) - This skill immediately kills the chosen enemy and leaves a Goldoid in its place. This skill can only be used if there is no monster with a protector icon on the battlefield.
(4) Scimitar Zan (42TU) - Critical piercing damage to a monster without a protector icon. This skill can only be used if an enemy has a protector icon.
(SS) Scimitar Ten (153TU) - Lethal piercing damage to all enemies. This skill can only be used if there are at least 2 enemies with a protector icon.

(1) Gravity Field
(2) Relentless Will (sleep immunity + hold ground)

Its perfect to counter protect /taunt & its a must have mythic due to current meta.
Make a power crept meta & then release further power crept counter & then repeat the cycle,
In between there will be balance adjustment.
You cant even blame the devs,
I mean ryan just wants big revenue out of this game.
