no. it was predictable but it also depends on the order they arrive in. but basically 40 more cost is sweet. also will be amusing as friend mon in dungeon challenge. when you are down to last monsters. also has some potential with switching allies.
In isolation yeah. Just build around it. Kurao has a high TU and he was playable enough.

One suggestion however: can you change the SS to NOT summon Wolfrozor, Rexkong, and Viridizardon in favor of lower cost?

Thanks for going through the trouble of getting him! I’m disappointed that he is not worth the grind nor potions though. If you have the extra stuff to do it, then maybe, sure, but I’m not gonna go out of my way to get this thing.

I do think either void fastbreaker or timecrush all would make it more solidly A/B tier, where it’s probably C/D now. I think it’s ok for him to be usable at all levels of pvp competiton, instead of just intro level

True but no monster should be allowed to fully disable 2 elements with 99% Speed plus instant atack boost , acelerate and very low tu moves
A 50tu restriction from the 1st turn on is SS and he will be ok without being nerfed to the ground
In all seriousness @Dev_VKC you should put chronozeros speed back to what it was originally, at least in mythic form
